Leasing Property WA was formed in 2003 when Principal Lyn Coulter identified the need for a Real Estate company specialising in Property Management. Today, we are a growing team of professionals managing residential and commercial properties all over the Perth metro from Safety Bay up to Yanchep.

Our business is exclusively property management. We aren’t a division of a Real Estate company that runs secondary to sales. Each member of our team has a strong understanding of this specialist area and will ensure that both your investment and you, the owner, receive the service and attention you deserve.

Our attention to detail and documentation process limits risk to owners regarding the management of their investment. Should a time arise when it is necessary to deal with a difficult tenant or an owner needs to submit a Landlord Insurance claim, we can provide the necessary documentation to get optimal results.

We present our clients with information and recommendations that are clear and easy to assess, explaining our rationale and supporting them to decide how to proceed.
